We don’t accept returns or Refunds for our products except in the case mentioned Below
- Major Damage with usability issue, Wrong product received or Wrong Size Received.
- In case you face any situation as mentioned above, it is must that we need an unboxing video.
Return requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
- If you have a return request, you will have to raise a query through our support platforms- Call/email/whatsapp within 2 days of product being received.
A detailed video showing the opening of the package must be provided for return and refund purposes for the return team to validate.
